Your burning desire is to build the dominant real estate company in your market.  You have a need to influence others.  You can prove this through demonstrating where you have used influence to recruit agents to Keller Williams Realty or your previous companies.  You possess a strong desire to have a position where you lead and influence others.

You will be aligned with the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve our growth standards and Market Center goals. You will leverage the record-shattering tools developed by Keller Williams to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of the standards for recruiting and profitability. You will consult with the top 20 percent of our associates to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.

You have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of your office. You understand basic financial reporting (e.g. income statements and balance sheets) and how to use these to make the right business decisions.  You have extremely high goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

You will be remunerated very well with a basic salary and attractive, monthly and incremental goal-based incentive payments (profit share). By recruiting the right talent to the Market Centre, you will also be able to benefit from further KW-specific wealth-building opportunities (growth share).

The position is based in our Market Centre in the centre of Hermanus.
